Santa's cheese factory has 14 years of experience and its cattle farm has an even longer history.
The farm, located in the village of Santa in the Tsalka municipality of Kvemo Kartli, contains 250 cows and produces cheese from the milk of its farm. In summer, cows roam freely in pastures belonging to Santa and feed on 200 species of native grass.In winter, their diet consists of natural additive free hay taken from these pastures.
