The cheese factory "Leanka" is located in the city of Dedoplistskaro and has been operating since 2016. The enterprise employs 15 residents. In the summer, the company processes up to 6 tons of milk daily, and in the spring - up to 9 tons.
Guests can try cheese along with food or drink. For example, when tasting smoked sulgun, the owner will offer you a beer, and together with sulgun you will be treated to salad and traditional dishes, kebabs.
Only in "Leanka" you can try the dessert prepared by the owner according to a unique recipe, which is also called "Georgian cheesecake."
The products produced in Leanka are marked with the sign of Georgian milk, which means that the products produced here are made from the local raw milk.
The HACCP standard is implemented in the enterprise.
