Chechili, the same as the "rolled" cheese, is the so-called cheese made of curdled milk and its production technology is similar to the sulguni production process. However, commonality is only a passage. It is prepared in the summer in the high mountain pastures of Samtskhe-Javakheti and is popular not only in this region but throughout Georgia and beyond it (for example, in Armenia and Azerbaijan).

Due to the geographical location and preservation of a high-quality technological process, cheeses, factory cheeses and ham produced at the enterprise have a quality mark. The quality mark emphasizes that the quality characteristics of the products are always the same and the enterprise is constantly monitored under the control plan.
